Introducing Clio

Orpheus Media Research, LLC has developed an autonomous process (Patent Pending) capable of isolating and extracting fundamental building blocks from any piece of music, regardless of style or genre. We affectionately call it, Clio.

Clio doesn't simply measure similarity between two recordings; rather, it dissects actual musical content, examining individual instruments and layers to reveal the structure of the musical grammar.

Whether a piece of music is performed by a pianist, a symphony orchestra, or on a kazoo, Clio will recognize it and conduct analysis within the different performance contexts.
